I contacted Citibank a week ago for a replacement card. Requested UPS. Citibank rep. Told me I would receive card in 2 to 4 business days. UPS would need my signature. Six days later no card. Now told ETA today. No card yet. Recalled Citibank rep. Card issued yesterday! 4 to 6 business days! Bills past due. Money needed now. Representatives liars!
