When to use this system:
Sunday from noon to Monday at 9:00 p.m.
Tuesday thru Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

i need to know why my benifits are on hold
Tried all week to get through on the phone, tried online when entering social it tells me someone already has that account, never before used online serivce how could they have that account, frustrated
dude system is retarded done that to me to now you have to speak with somebody however a lil eaasyer than you think if you have a land line and cell or go somewhere that has land line haave number to U.I. on redial ready to go at 7:59:30 and hit send on one wait a sec then the other if system is off still hear stupid recording repeat once ringging 1 or the other get thru within 1-5 min
I have called numerous times on hold for a hour and a half repeatly and been hung up. On I have mailed and faxed my form for extended benifits can someone tell me what’s going on with my claim
